Jellypack offers Fast Tracked Shipping to U.S. and Canada with worldwide shipping coming soon. We are responsible to get you all the lovely Jellypack products as soon as possible. However, the shipping time may vary from countries to countries. Below is a list of estimated shipping time based on Local Post Office and our shipping records.

The average processing time is approximately 24-72 hours. Processing time for pre-orders is approximately 1-3 weeks. Processing time can also be affected by the stock of individual items, and the national holidays. Tracking numbers are provided by email after we ship out your package.

The item price is exclusive of any import duties, taxes and shipping charges. Jellypack has no control over the duty process and is unable to provide information about possible duties, charges or rates in advance.

 

30-Day Return Policy:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of receiving it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
